UGGdorable

Last month I was invited to a launch party for Ugg's new collection of rain boots. Everyone loves their footwear for the comfy sheepskin lining. Take a look at their uggdorable rain boots!
Staring at $150.00-$200.00 they're worth the investment. A perfect transition piece from cold winter weather to spring rain showers. They're available in subtle metallic shades, pastel's, and prints that give the boot a more feminine look. Warm, dry, functional, and oh so comfortable. Brand Aid approved!

Living with Style

For the last few years I've lived in this amazing three bedroom loft in Chicago's Wicker Park neighborhood. I can honestly say it's the coolest apartment I've ever lived in. The exposed brick walls, tall ceilings, and beams add so much character to the space. Not to mention the elevator that opens up right into the place! After painting, buying furniture, and decorating I was thrilled at how the space came together. At the end of the month I'll be moving into a new loft so I had to dedicate a blog to my Wicker Park loft. I'll miss you!

I have a very eclectic style mixing modern pieces with others that are more traditional. It gives the area more of a cozy lived in feel. For more personal touches I hung art work made during my college years and decorative pieces that were my Grandmother's.

In the next few days I'll post pictures of the new loft I will soon call home. Follow along as I transform a this new space!

I believe in....

Cupid brought style and I together at a young age. This Valentine’s Day I’m giving the love of my life a blog of its very own. Why I love it so much? In good times and in bad, style remains an optimistic form of self expression. For years I've ripped out pages from fashion and home decor magazines making collages of these images in sketch books. These pictures inspire me because they're unique and teach me to experiment with style in my daily life. I've created Brand Aid to continue this obsession and share it with others. Want to know the best part? The products and stories I highlight (with the exception of the Paul Smith Love Too wall hanging above) are all affordable and can be done on your own! At times we all need a little guidance and direction. Your Brand Aid is here to provide you style relief.
